Returns and most spellings are as in the original.

The Census portions covered are: Piece 3457, The whole of
Enumeration Districts 1 +2; Piece 3458 Enumeration District 9, Folios 35 -
37. This makes up the village of Ecclesfield, NOT the whole of
the PARISH.

For all three districts covered, details of
the route taken by the enumerator have NOT survived. Most of the entries are
just labelled Ecclesfield - few street names or place locations are given,
but where these are present, they have been included.
